Have you ever wondered what causes your shadow? When something that is opaque causes a shadow by blocking the sun, but if it is transparent it will not cause a shadow because it is see-through and the sunlight goes through a transparent thing.

Did you know that you can tell what time it is by looking at your shadow ?Well at noon the sun is pointing south and the sun is in the middle of the sky.If you see sun  is pointing south you shadow your pointing north, your shadow is always on the opposite side of you .Shadows give information about the position of the sun. Every morning your shadow moves across from east to west every day.

Did you know that you know that the sun changes position in the sky from season to season ?here’s how you can observe it. Imagine you are looking at a flagpole and you are standing on the east side of the pole and facing west.North is to your right , south is to your left . For experiment  you have to messer you shadow at noon only . But you have to measure it every day for one year.On June 21, the first day of summer the sun is high in the sky at noon.Three months later on

September 21, the first day of fall the sun is lower.And on December, the first day of winter, the sun began to climb high in the sky again . On march.  21 the first day of spring it was as high as it was on September. One year starting the experiment , On June 21 the sun again is at the highest noon passion.
